Top early Solution Pty Ltd is a company that specializes on property acquisition, construction of facilities, selling of its products and entering into stated type of contracts and performing all other activities, including the mortgaging of real or personal property of the Partnership in connection there with, as are necessary or incidental to conducting such business
Some of the broad services that are offered to compliment and add value in the supply chain of our customers include;
1. Property management; this section deals with the management of commercial (office blocks, apartments, shopping complex and residential houses). The service involves the collection of rent, negotiating lease with tenants, maintenance of buildings, evaluation of properties, rental income and accounting. .
2. Agency department; this section deals with selling and letting of all type of real estate properties including plots.
3.Provision of accommodation services for international clients who visit South Africa or Swaziland for a long-term contract. Our properties are safe and secured and well recommended with the united nations’ standards. We go the extra mile to provide security services, transport services, events medical resources for those in remote areas of the country. This includes qualified security guards with first aid level 1 to 3 training, medical personnel, and specialized vehicles to clients who are on medication.
4.Provision of accommodation, offices and conference facilities and services for our clients in any part of the country on remote operations or for short missions and relives of full time staff.
5.Audits of facilities to identify and mitigate risks.
6.We negotiate security contracts with reputable security firms and forward the quotations to the client for approvals. We supervise the guards to ensure that the building, fixtures and equipment are safeguarded on a twenty – four hour basis.
7.Client referral co-ordination services through partnerships for them to access specialized services in South Africa or nominated country.
8.An established culture in delivering a high standard of construction professional services and being performance-measured against objective standards.

Both directors have at least 10 years' experience in property business, with extensive experience in corporate business at various middle and senior level positions they also hold post graduate qualification in their various respective field of specialties.
